Early bird fee: AUD $990
Regular fee after May 14th: AUD $1,290
For participants with academic affiliation. The registration fee includes the Teaching Day, the scientific program as well as the Welcome reception (Sep 14th), Social Excursions (Sep 17th), and the daytime catering during the conference.
Early-career researcher (ECR)
Early bird fee: AUD $745
Regular fee after May 14th: AUD $945
For participants with an academic affiliation in the early career stage (within 7 years of completing their PhD). The registration fee includes the Teaching Day, the scientific program as well as the Welcome reception (Sep 14th), ECR Social Event (Sep 16th, Social Excursions (Sep 17th), and the daytime catering during the conference. Please upload proof of ECR status from a supervisor, confirming early career stage upon registration (within 7 years of PhD completion).
Student registration
Early bird fee: AUD $580
Regular fee after May 14th: AUD $780
For student a valid University Student ID card is required upon registration. The registration fee includes the Teaching Day, the scientific program as well as the Welcome reception (Sep 14th), ECR Social Event (Sep 16th), Social Excursions (Sep 17th), and the daytime catering during the conference.

We are aware that recent developments in the USA may have led to restrictions on funding expenditure. In light of these challenges, the ICW2025 Local Organizing Committee (LOC) has decided to allow abstract submissions without prior registration for those affected. If you are unable to register for the meeting at this stage due to these circumstances, but would still like to submit an abstract and attend the meeting please contact us at reg@meetingplanners.dk with a brief description of your situation. We understand these are difficult times for many in the scientific community, and we extend our best wishes to all.
Membership of ICS
Upon registration, you will automatically be renewed or enrolled as a member of the ICS.
Currency
All rates are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD)
Cancellation policy
Cancellation made before 12 June 2025:
The full amount less an administration fee of AUD $110 is refunded
Cancellation made on 12 June 2025 or later:
No refund possible, but transferring the participation fee and/or the hotel room to another person is free. For cancellation or name change, please contact: reg@meetingplanners.dk
The above conditions apply to participation fees, social events and accommodation booked via the registration page.
Liability insurance
The entry fee does not include insurance of participants against personal accident, illness and cancellation by any party, theft, loss or damage to personal property. Participants are advised to take out sufficient personal insurance to cover travel, accommodation, cancellation and personal effects.
